• AI Tutor Conversations: The questions you ask our AI tutor and the responses you receive are stored against your account so we can provide support, improve the Service, and let you revisit past explanations.
• Payment Data: We do not store credit card details. All financial transactions are handled securely by Whop.com.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide and maintain the Service.
• Generate personalized analytics and study plans.
• Communicate with you regarding your account or subscription.

3. Third-Party Services

We use AI providers such as Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude to power our AI tutoring features. The question context and your message are sent to the provider to generate a response. No personal user data is shared with AI providers for model-training purposes. Your tutor conversations are stored on our own servers as described above.

4. Data Retention

We retain your study progress and AI tutor conversation history as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data — including your saved tutor conversations — by contacting support@medlumen.io.
