Why does each exam have a different price?
Each exam is priced for its own market and question bank — so PLAB, DHA or PMDC NLE cost less than USMLE or MCCQE. Whichever exam you choose, you get the exact same full feature suite: unlimited questions, the AI Clinical Tutor, Pass Predictor, mock exams and the mobile apps. You only ever pay for the exam you're sitting.
What plan lengths can I choose?
Every exam offers four paid durations — 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year — plus a 7-day free trial. Longer plans cost less per day, so pick the one that matches your study timeline. Your access is fixed for that period with no auto-renewal.
Can I switch between exams after I subscribe?
Each subscription unlocks one exam at a time. If you want access to a second exam (e.g. both USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 CK), you'll need a subscription for each. Need several exams for a cohort or institution? Email support@medlumen.io for a bundle quote.
Is the free trial really free? Do I need to enter a card?

Do you offer a Pakistani rupee / local currency option?
Payments are processed securely in USD via Whop on the web (Visa, Mastercard & Apple Pay) and via Apple Pay / Google Pay in our iOS and Android apps. What's your refund policy?
