End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and MedLumen ("Company") for the use of the MedLumen Medical QBank Platform.

1. Grant of License

The Company grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Platform strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, or host the Platform.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit any of the content (Questions, Flashcards, Explanations) in any form or by any means.
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party.

3. Ownership

The Platform and all rights, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights therein, are and will remain the sole property of MedLumen.

4. Termination of License

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Platform.

5. Amendments to this Agreement

MedLumen reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time.
